Starting March 16, 2020, all transactions for application, processing, receiving, and releasing of Certificate for Non-Controlled Chemicals and Certificate of Exemption for Products or Chemical Mixtures that Contained Controlled Substances will be processed online through the use of Online Application for Certification and Exemption Information System (OACEIS). The system is accessible via a web browser, preferably Google Chrome, through this link: Please be advised that payment for the transaction made will still be settled at the Cashier Section of the DDB Office.

The Dangerous Drugs Board is pleased to spearhead the celebration of the 2019 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week with the theme, “Katarungan para sa Kalusugan, Kalusugan para sa Katarungan” on 17 – 23 November 2019.

Agencies and organizations are encouraged to conduct activities to raise awareness on the dangers of drugs and strengthen the public’s resolve to be part of the campaign against illegal drugs.
