All concerned and interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings scheduled in November. Public hearing on the amendment of Board Regulation No. 3, S. 2003, entitled “Comprehensive Guidelines on Importation, Distribution, Manufacture, Prescription, Dispensing and Sale of, and Other Lawful Acts in connection with any Dangerous Drugs, Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals and other Similar or Analogous Substances,” will be conducted on 12 November 2013, 9 AM, at the Department of Health Convention Hall, San Lazaro Compound, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

The other two are Board Regulation No. 4, S. 2008, entitled “Implementing Rules and Regulations Governing Accreditation of Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers and Accreditation of Center Personnel,” and Board Regulation No. 7, S. 2003, entitled “General Guidelines for the Mandatory Drug Testing of Officers and Members of the Military, Police and Other Law Enforcement Agencies.”

Public hearing on the amendment of these regulations is scheduled on 8 November 2013, 1 PM, at the DDB Conference Room, NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City.
