Some 1,957 students from Pasig City participated in the recent launching of Campus Tour against Drugs.
The campus tour aimed at educating and exposing the kids to a variety of positive ways for them to learn living a healthy and drug-free lifestyle.
Ms. Zenaida O. Concepcion, Officer-in-charge, Anti-Drug Abuse Council of Pasig (ADCOP), introduced the programs implemented and efforts of their team to combat dangerous drugs in Pasig City. She also presented the newly constructed holding area for the patients waiting to be rehabilitated.
Ms. Liane Angelica M. Kalacas, Information Officer I, Preventive Education, Training and Information Division, DDB, discussed the “8 Ways to Say NO to Drugs”. Through active participation, role play and recitation the pupils were made to better understand the topic.
Highlight of the tour was the dance presentation of the DDB Mascot – KID Listo. The students enjoyed watching Kid Listo’s presentation and joined him in the dancing activity.
