Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional/Second Level Eligibility)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervises the systematic compilation and safekeeping of all records and documents of the Board and directly classifies confidential and urgent documents;
• Plans and supervises the receiving and disposition of records and authenticates copies of documents for the use of the Board, and as part of the frontline service of the agency;
• Preapares/supervises preparations of orders, instructions, circulars, memoranda and urgent and routinary correnspondeces, it’s distribution and publication; and
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by higher authorities.
